    PS, We only have about 60-90 days left for current guidelines. Lower loan limits (how much you can borrow), the privatization of FannieMae and FreddieMac, impending cuts for FHA are going to change this opportunity once and for all.
    ...low home prices, cheap money...I'm just say'in.
